Quality and environment policy

  1. A motto of SEGNOR spol. s r.o.:
    We are here to achieve our objective, i.e. a long-term prosperity of our firm which is a precondition to ensure material needs and self-fulfilment of people concerned, by satisfying customer's needs through quality products.
  2. SEGNOR spol. s r.o. manufactures and supplies retaining rings and rivets to:
    • car industry manufacturers (VA)
    • manufactures outside the car industry (V)
    • distributors (D)
  3. We consider a quality management system and EMS integral parts of our company's policy and their consistent application and development a priority commitment of all group staff members. A certified quality management system and EMS are designed based on requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 and a certified environment management system is based on ČSN EN ISO 14001.
  4. Our policy is to improve continuously all activities in order to meet expectations of all our partners, i.e.:
    • towards a customer
      • ensure all quality elements:
        • within technical conditions agreed on with VA customers, or
        • required by standards ČSN EN ISO and DIN applicable for V and D customers
      • improve continuously the performance of supplies regarding their quantity as well as time for all customer groups; build a supply readiness as an advantage of competition;
      • guarantee the environment prevention and protection by environmental management of all activities;
    • towards our personnel
      • increase the efficiency of the group by motivated personnel;
      • improve the quality policy awareness by qualification and readiness of personnel;
      • transform the ecological conduct to a need of each person;
    • towards the company
      • be an efficient, socially and ecologically engaged firm, open and helpful to public, and operating in compliance with the legislation;
    • towards the owners
      • increase to the maximum extent the value of resources expended on the firm's business by preventing defects and eliminating ecological risks;
      • build and improve a total image of the group by creating efficient and loyal teams;
  5. To meet the quality policy and objectives the top management has a commitment to create necessary conditions, i.e.:
    • create and improve continuously an interconnected system of quality management and EMS, and programmes ensuring the fulfilment of quality and environment policies and thus permanent improvement of all group's activities;
    • improve our corporate legislation which can draw a formal code of conduct necessary for achieving the process eligibility and no-error strategy closer to values shared across the group on an informal level;
    • create a suitable organizational and professional structure, and an efficient system of material as well as immaterial interests; improve technological and social environment to meet motivation needs of personnel;
    • improve a system creating and transmitting information in order to make better conditions for planning, management and decision-making, checking and assessment on all organizational levels and improve communication and awareness in general;
    • provide personnel, material and financial resources to facilitate the establishment of the above mentioned conditions;
