History
- 1939
- SEGNOR predecessor, the factory for the metal pens manufacture called Orlík-Ratibor Vodsedalek was established in Roudnice nad Labem.
- 1948
- Nationalization – KOH-i-NOOR Prague incorporated the plant in Budyně n. O. as division
- 1959
- Commenced external and internal circlip production.
- 1971
- The production lines were being moved at the new constructed plant in Budyně nad Ohří.
- 1984
- Commenced blind rivets production.
- 1991
- Ownership changed and the plant in Budyně nad Ohří was privatised into a company with limited liability SEGNOR.
- 1996 – 2003
- Achieved numerous quality accreditations including ISO 9002, VDA6, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949.
