History

1939
SEGNOR predecessor, the factory for the metal pens manufacture called Orlík-Ratibor Vodsedalek was established in Roudnice nad Labem.
1948
Nationalization – KOH-i-NOOR Prague incorporated the plant in Budyně n. O. as division
1959
Commenced external and internal circlip production.
1971
The production lines were being moved at the new constructed plant in Budyně nad Ohří.
1984
Commenced blind rivets production.
1991
Ownership changed and the plant in Budyně nad Ohří was privatised into a company with limited liability SEGNOR.
1996 – 2003
Achieved numerous quality accreditations including ISO 9002, VDA6, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949.
